East Side Honda
Thank you, Thank you, Thank
you to all who were involved with the 10th
Anniversary of Baytown
Special Rodeo! What
a great day! The
record setting scorching days of summer gave way just in
time for a great day outdoors!
The organizers wish to express our heartfelt
appreciation to our sponsors.
This is, always has been, and always will be a free event and we could not do it without you.
Thanks as always to Ralph Oler and the crew at
Eastside Honda
for hosting us for every one of our ten years.
Our community is a better place because of you!
A special welcome to Baytown Ford,
a new and top tier sponsor!
We appreciate you.
Another over due public thank you goes to John
Weatherly of Gorilla
Sportswear.
John designed the logo above has done the art work on
the event T-Shirt each and every year and made it possible
for us to give every participant and volunteer a great
souvenir of the day. Thank you John and crew at Gorilla!
A humbled thank you goes to the incredible
volunteers who come out every year to make this event work.
We need each and every one of you and you
make this event a great day for a bunch of very special
kids. Thanks to
the BSRA committee members who start planning sessions in
May but have the event in their hearts and minds all year. Your
dedication, hard work and generosity make the day better
every year!
This year’s event is
dedicated to one of our founders, our Vice-President and the
man whose vision has helped bring us from 20 kids and pony
rides to what you saw this year.
Ron Harrop is a husband, a father of three, a
dedicated scout leader and eternal volunteer for EVERYTHING!
Ron Harrop brought this event to
Baytown and has been a leader in the group since day
one. Ron’s vision
and belief in what we could do has kept us growing.
We love you Ron. Thank
you for your belief in the project, your continuing drive to
improve it every year and your friendship.
We hope you and your family
enjoyed this year’s Special Rodeo and have marked your
calendar for next year’s event; Saturday, September 8,
2012. Check back here
for details!
